I offer 1-1 or small group sessions teaching meditation. My approach to meditation has been influenced by numerous styles, including Tibetan Buddhist, Zen, somatic and tantric yoga meditations. I’ve been meditating since 2012 and am a certified Instinctive Meditation™ coach.

Breath Coaching
I offer breath coaching sessions for individuals, small groups and corporations. Breathwork is a wonderful way to enhance physical fitness, sleep better, gain clarity and focus of mind, and connect with yourself and life more deeply.
Breath coaching is suitable for anyone who breathes, and can be learned easily. Best of all, because breathing is so central to our bodies, changing the way you breathe yields clear and tangible results quickly, sometimes even within minutes.
My breathwork sessions bring together her experience as a trained Oxygen Advantage® breathwork coach, as well as years of study and practice in various anatomical, meditative and somatic approaches to breathing. They are ideal for:
- those looking to improve their health, well-being and physical performance through functional breathing
- those looking to deepen internal practices of mindfulness, sensory awareness, somatic exploration and meditation
- those who want to receive a personalised approach to pranayama and yogic breathing practices
